Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund.
- Between 48h and 24h before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: no refund.
Payment processing fees may not be refundable.
2. Trip Modifications
Modifications (time, location, passengers) are possible subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by SkiResortDriver.com
In rare cases of impossibility (extreme weather, breakdown, accident), we will offer:
- an equivalent alternative, or
- a full refund.
4. Customer Delays
Drivers wait 15 minutes free of charge. After that:
- waiting fees may apply, or
- the ride may be canceled without refund if the customer does not show up.
